Aarti Shrivastava
Aarti Shrivastava is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in architecture, urban planning, and municipal leadership. Over the course of her career, she has led and contributed to transformative projects across multiple Bay Area cities, including major developments such as the Apple and Google campuses. Most recently, she served as Assistant City Manager for the City of Mountain View, where she provided strategic leadership on complex urban development and community planning initiatives before retiring from public service. She currently works as a consultant and volunteers with the Rotary Club and the Northern California chapter of the American Planning Association.
Shalini Gupta
Shalini Gupta is the co-founder of AnewVista Community Services (ANVCS), a non-profit that leverages her technology career to bring innovative solutions to senior living. Her commitment to eldercare is deeply rooted in her upbringing within a vibrant extended family of 15 uncles and aunts, fostering a lifelong understanding of the importance of multi-generational support. A prominent community builder, she has scaled Bay Area South Asian organizations and helped community extensively and advocates for inclusive development through her work with Catalyze SV. This blend of technical rigor and personal heritage allows her to design senior services that are as culturally resonant as they are functionally advanced.
Sonal Puri
Sonal Puri is an award-winning senior executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience scaling technology companies across the Bay Area and globally. She has founded and led ventures from the ground up, raised hundreds of millions in capital, and driven go-to-market transformation at organizations ranging from early-stage startups to a multi-billion-dollar cybersecurity enterprise. As a founding member of the Neythri Futures Fund, she is deeply committed to amplifying the voices and influence of South Asian women in business and beyond. Her passion for Altos Living is rooted in her own journey, having grown up in India and spent more than two decades building her life in Los Altos, she understands firsthand the importance of community, culture, and belonging in every stage of life. She brings that lived experience, alongside her operational expertise, to help create a retirement community where residents feel truly seen and celebrated.
