Our intention is to create a high-quality community that delivers strong value while reflecting the unique cultural and lifestyle needs of South Asian seniors. There will be a variety of options including Studio, 1 BR and 2 BR units. We expect pricing to be comparable to senior independent living facilities in the Bay Area, , with a 20-25% premium over unit rental costs to support high-quality services and programming.

Will you offer "Affordable Category" apartments?

Phase 1 will not fall within the ‘affordable’ category or the lower end of individual budgets, as it would not be feasible for the central location we desire and the ambiance we wish to provide. But future projects will be more inclusive of budgets and affordable housing.

What is the minimum age requirement?

The community is being designed for active seniors (generally 62+) and will focus on those who enjoy independent living and an active lifestyle. We do expect to provide future age-in-place facilities, so this is the last move you would need to make and not a mere transition
